Account Access

The current MVP does not include accounts. If accounts are added later, support should be able to help with sign-in, email changes, deletion requests, and data export requests.

Prayer Journal And Reflections

Prayer journal entries and reflections should be treated as private user content. The current MVP keeps this content on device. Production support staff should not access this content unless the user explicitly requests help and the system is designed to support that safely.

Wellness Content

Breakthrough is a wellness and habit companion. It does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, professional counseling, pastoral care, crisis support, or emergency services.

Data Requests

Before launch, define the production process for:

• Account deletion.
• Data export.
• Journal deletion.
• Analytics opt-out, if analytics are used.
